If you want to buy a painting from me, please mind the following notes.

• You are buying directly from the artist not from a dealer
• Use the contact information given at the legal notes
• If you own a code, please give it to me. If you have several codes, I will check if they are stackable.
• Shipping fee is not included in price and may be added, additionally.
• Shipping to other countries than germany is possible.
• There are no taxes included, due to german law „Kleinunternehmerrregelung §19 UStG“ for small businesses
• If taxes have to be applied to your country, I will charge for them if they are below 25%. Any amount above 25% have to be paid by you.
• Frames are not offered by me, but I am able to give you advices how to choose one.
• If the painting is done on linen without any frameing, we should talk if you want one. This may affect shipping fees.
• If you do not like the painting, send it back within 30 days. You will get your money back. No questions asked. I advice you to take a photo of the painting before sending it back to me.
• If there are any problems, please contact me immediately. I am sure we will find a good solution.
